WHO Ladies Donate Additional $1,000 for COVID-19 Relief

Women Helping Others (WHO) is a group of women within the Sun City Texas Association who help charitable groups in Williamson County, specifically those in Georgetown.

Last week, the “WHO Ladies” donated over $1,000 worth of donations, including monetary donations and supplies. Those supplies have been distributed to our neighbors in need, like our senior Meals on Wheels clients, our Head Start families, and our Community Service self-sufficiency program clients.

This week, Women Helping Others notified us that they are donating an additional $1,000 to OWBC’s COVID-19 relief.

“WHO understands the important work done all year by OWBC/Meals on Wheels.  We recognize how even more critical OWBC services are during this pandemic, when so many of the MOW recipients are isolated.”

– Judy Aishman, President, Women Helping Others

The WHO Ladies, comprised of approximately 300 charitable women in Sun City, have been generous donors and advocates of the OWBC mission for over a decade. We are so grateful for their generosity and passion to make a difference in Williamson County. The additional $1,000 will help us continue carrying out our vision for a healthy and independent community.
