Main Office Staggering Shifts Beginning July 13

Opportunities for Williamson & Burnet Counties takes the health and safety of our staff and clients very seriously. In response to the rise in positive cases of COVID 19 in the community, OWBC’s main office in Georgetown is temporarily closed through Friday, July 10 for professional cleaning and sanitation.  

At this time, OWBC’s main office activities will not shut down and staff will work remotely.

On Monday,  July 13, the main office staff will return and begin to stagger shifts in order to prevent congregating and large groups. This will ensure that only a small number of employees are in the office each day.  Staff can be reached by phone, email, or by appointments only.  

Regarding client applications, clients may still drop off applications through the no-contact mail slot in the front door.    Meals on Wheels services will continue without disruption and will not be affected by the changes at the main office.
