Volunteer Spotlight: Lee Downs, Round Rock Meals on Wheels

This month we’re featuring Lee Downs, a Meals on Wheels volunteer out of our Alan Baca Senior Center in Round Rock. Currently, we are in serious need of new volunteer delivery drivers. We appreciate how volunteers help us deliver meals to our senior neighbors in need. All of our delivery driver volunteers help us reduce hunger and isolation within our own community. Thank you for the generous donation of your time, Lee!

A: My favorite part of volunteering is getting to talk with each person.

Q: What would you tell someone interested in donating to or volunteering for Meals on Wheels?
